I love the simplicity of this shot and I love photos in open fields. My eye focuses first on the blurred fence post, I would've moved it to the right a little, keeping in the shot, but so the eye catches the fence first. That is a personal preference :), I can't see any technical aspects to critique. Great job!!
I like the golden color, with the dark green in the back, such a "summer day" photo! I also like the pattern of the fence, and the part that "jags" down interrupts the pattern in a way that holds interest. I think the blurred post "starts" the photo, my eye just can't help traveling from there down the fence, which is very good! What would have happened if you had moved just a smidge to your left?
