Wild Hogs in Seattle
This photo was panned in West Seattle (after many, many other trials with cars mainly...) It was shot at ISO 200 with a shutter speed of 1/40 at F/9. I think much of this was luck since none of the other pictures had this combination of sharpness of image along with the nice blur in the background. Panning will take some more practice....
Wow - awesome shot! We all get lucky, but when you work hard, trying and trying (like you describe), then luck is more likely!

ReplyDeletePRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE, with one thing until you can nail it without thinking, a few more classes and then more practice...and the luck evolves into intention. It only takes one image. Ansel Adams was thrilled when he got even just one good shot out 100. Life Long Pursuit - Its a Good Thing!
